Upcountry, an integrated township spread over 100 acres, is located along the Yamuna Expressway, and is the latest offering from Supertech Limited.
Situated on the rim of Greater Noida, Upcountry borders the international Formula 1 race track and is in close proximity to the Night Safari and the proposed international airport at Jewar. Along with the excellent physical infrastructure of Noida-Greater Noida and the 165km-long Yamuna Expressway to Agra, the realty market here will rival the NH-8 of Gurgaon. Naturally, investors and end users here can expect realty prices to appreciate enormously in the near future.
Construction on the project has begun and it will be completed in two phases. Mohit Arora, director of Supertech, says: “We have already sold a majority of the 300 plotted developments, which come in 100, 150, 200 sq yards. Also a majority of the 300 villas and castles in 90, 125, 500, and 1,000 sq yard sizes have been sold. The villas have Spanish-style architecture.”
“Upcountry promises to give a complete European experience with its various range of artistically and vastu-friendly designed architecture. We plan to invest about Rs 2,000 crore in the project,” Mohit adds.
Grand Circuit is a part of Upcountry, facing the F1 racing track. Naturally, this project will house some of the most sought-after residential apartments as residents can enjoy the panoramic view of the track from the comfort of their home. Grand Circuit has 1-, 2- and 3BHK apartments facing the racing track. The 1BHKs are 600 sq ft and come in a tower (Ground + 19 floors) with 10 flats to a floor. The 2BHKs are 900 sq ft and come in a three-winged tower (Ground + 19 floors) with eight flats to a floor. Both these have been launched. The 2BHK + Study are 1,155 sq ft and housed in a tower (Ground + 19 floors) with six flats to a floor. The 3BHKs are 1,295 sq ft and are in a tower (Ground + 19 floors) with six flats to a floor. The basic selling price (BSP) is Rs 2,300 per sq ft. There will also be ‘second inning’ homes for elderly citizens.
Upcountry also offers fullyloaded (ready-to-move-in) studio apartments, next to the Night Safari and close to the F1 track.
