How to live a healthy Life

Living a healthy life without any disease is the best gift in this world for human being. But still it is not an easy way to manage in day today life. Because today lots of technological things are developing very fast and it cause the bad effects to human being. Environmental conditions also change due to this technological development. Men are living in the fast world and they are not taking care about their body health. Here I want to list some of the simple steps to live a healthy life.

Simple steps for live a healthy life:

  • Healthy Food Diet
  • Stop Bad Habits
  • Keep Hygiene
  • Drink Water
  • Sleeping hours
  • Simple Exercise

Healthy Food Diet:

Food provides lots of nutrition’s, vitamins, minerals and energy for your body. Healthy food diet is more important to live a healthy life. Try to add more natural foods in your daily food diet. Consume the natural fresh vegetables like carrot, cucumber, tomato, beet root and green leaf spinach. Fruits are also maintaining the body healthy in a right manner. So add fruits like apple, orange, water melon, guava, grape fruit and etc…Sea foods contains more omega fatty acids, it supports to your body health. So add the sea foods like Salmon fish, tuna, oysters and etc… These types of foods are really useful for body health. But you must stay away from some of the foods like fried rice, packed food items for long days, frozen Pizza, meats in fridge for many days. These types of foods are makes many bad effects in your body.

Stop bad habits:

Bad habits are the main enemy for good health conditions. Smoking habits kills more than 6 million people every year. Drinking alcohol also kills the people life. These two habits are making more harmful effects in people healthy life. Smoking habits cause lungs cancer, blood cancer, throat cancer, heart attack and erectile dysfunction problem in men life (It is easily skipping by use the Sildenafil citrate 100mg). Drinking alcohol habits cause the liver disease, kidney failure and etc… So people must stay away from these type dangerous bad habits.

Keep Hygiene

Hygiene is most important one for living a healthy life. First you must keep your body hygiene, and then you must make your environment hygiene.

Try to follow this simple step.

  • Bath every day, because it cleans your body and removes the body odor, body acne. It will also cool your body.
  • Brush your Teeth, twice a day.
  • Always wear a clean cloth.
  • Wash your hand before and after intake the food, before and after using the toilet.

 

Make your room clean and also keep your home clean and hygiene. You must concentrate in your environmental hygiene, because it will also lead your body health conditions in a good way.

Drink Water

Water is needed things for all living things present in this world. Drinking water up to 9 glasses a day is good for your body. Water helps to increase the blood circulations and it burns the bad cholesterol, fats present in the blood vessels. Drink two glass of water in the early morning time, is really helpful to boost the metabolism. It also supports to improve the functions of digestive system.

Sleeping Hours

Human body is just like a machine. Body must need a good rest for performing its function very well without any interpreters. Don’t work more hours in the night time. At least give 7 hours rest to your body. The good sleeping hours is night 10 pm to morning 5 am.

Simple Exercise:

Exercise is the most important things for maintaining the body healthy conditions. There are different types of exercise available like aerobic and anaerobic exercise type. Few people are feeling very hard to doing heavy exercise. But people try to doing simple exercise regularly is shows good results in their life. Simple exercise is such as walking, playing games in the evening and morning time, running, cycling and swimming. In these exercise running is best of body weight loss. These exercises are very simple and it does not make any heavy pain in body.
