3. Obese people must lose weight to increase size of their genital. Moreover, according to studies, it is found that more overweight a person is, the smaller his genital might be, because excess weight can put lot of stress and pressure which can make genital to shrink. And, many experts believe that, every excess of 30 pounds can reduce the size and strength of male genital.

4. It is beneficial to avoid foods that can inhibit blood flow, for example fatty foods. Also, it is recommended to eat a well-balanced diet that can provide all the essential nutrients. And, drinking at least 2 liters of water on regular basis is also very beneficial for sexual health.
