• Sharing of knowledge and experience in groups: All people in an organisation have a right to share their knowledge, skills and experiences in groups. This helps to promote more effective organisation through the strengthening of groups and departments within the organisation, thereby assisting quality management by ensuring that departments are able to operate smoothly and effectively.
• Innovative in promoting the organisation’s goals: Even the lower stratum employee in the company can play a role in promoting the organisation’s goals. Innovation plays a strong role in getting new ways to reach the organisation’s objective, ensuring high return on investment.
• Taking ownership: Each member within the organisation takes the ownership of their own roles and responsibilities ensuring a more effective problem resolution process across the board.
• Employees’ satisfaction: The employees who are finding their work rewarding and satisfying are far more likely to want to be involved in all aspects of improvement, as they have a vested interest.
