Depending on your prints, it may be short or long. For POP prints it is best to use short phrases while on the booklets, catalogs or other common materials you can easily use longer text to explain a particular subject. Always bear in mind that the text must be before the caution line to avoid being cut out during prints. Fonts to be used can be to whatever you choose it to be, however if you use special fonts you need to embed the font file together with the design file.

Make sure your pictures are unique and taken just for your company. Your picture must be able to explain what you are trying to relay without even having to put words beside it. To make the shots even more professionally done, make sure your picture resolution is at least 300dpi.
The colors you use enhances the design. Printers use CMYK to produce great printing results so to match the same colors make sure your design is using CMYK colors as well, not RGB.
5) Paper stock
